This website is the official website of the association NK Hajduk 1932 Vela Luka (the "Club"). Contact details are available on the Contact page. By using the site you accept these terms.
Content and intellectual property
The crest, name, photographs, texts and other content on this site are the property of the Club or are used with the rights holders' permission, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without the Club's prior written consent. The content is informational; match and competition data is sourced from the football association's official records and may lag behind the actual state.
Web shop
- Prices are expressed in euros (EUR).
- No payments are processed through the website. An order placed through the web shop is confirmed by e-mail, and payment is arranged directly: in cash on collection or by transfer to the Club's bank account.
- The contract is concluded when the Club confirms the order.
- Consumers have the right to unilaterally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act. To exercise this right, contact the Club by e-mail.
- Consumer complaints: a written complaint may be submitted by e-mail or by post to the Club's address; we respond within the statutory period of 15 days.
Membership
Club membership and members' rights are governed by the Club statute. Membership fees are paid in cash or by transfer to the Club's account; the website serves for record-keeping and member notifications.
Liability
The Club makes reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and up to date, but is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, nor for the content of external sites linked from it.
Final provisions
The Club may amend these terms; the version published on this page is the one in force. These terms are governed by Croatian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Croatia.
